Who do you work with? We work exclusively with Social Security disability law firms and licensed practitioners. Our services are not available directly to claimants.
Do you handle direct client contact? No. We work entirely behind the scenes in support of your firm. All client intake and client communication remains with your office, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients and full control for your practice.
What types of cases do you support? We support Title II (SSDI) and Title XVI (SSI) disability claims at the hearing level and beyond, including cases proceeding to the Appeals Council.
How do I submit case materials? Once we have discussed the scope of your project and confirmed availability, we will coordinate a secure method for exchanging case files and materials that works for your firm.
Are your services available on an ongoing basis? Yes. We work with firms on both a per-project and ongoing contract basis. Many of our clients engage us regularly as a trusted extension of their practice.
What is your pricing? Pricing varies depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Contact us by email to discuss your specific needs and receive a quote.
How quickly can you turn around urgent requests? While our standard turnaround is approximately one week, we do our best to accommodate urgent matters when possible. Rush requests are subject to an additional fee and availability. We encourage firms to reach out as early as possible for time-sensitive cases.
